Legend Of The Ranch Story: Often referred to as “albino deer”, the White Fallow at the Triple “R” Ranch & Winery was one of the first exotic species introduced to the Ranch. The flavor of this soft Chenin Blanc is as unique as the webbed antlers of the White Fallow herd that inhabits the ranch. The herd of White Fallow is intriguing to guests due to their bold nature and tendency to fight with other herds despite their disadvantage from a smaller statue and webbed antlers.
