2014 Big Red Cabernet
The Ranch Wines award winning 2014 Big Red Cabernet Sauvignon is known as our signature flagship wine and is a must have in your wine collection! Named after a monster of a Red stag deer at the Triple “R” Ranch & Winery, weighing in at 800 pounds! Our winemaker, Ron Ross, deems Big Red to be his personal favorite. Broken out for special occasions, this varietal is of New Mexico appellation and has been aged for over 3 years in new American Oak barrels. The senses will be aroused at first popping of the cork with notes of raspberries and black cherry. Abundant layers of flavors like cherry, plum, red currant, coffee, cedar, leather, and spicy vanilla are rounded out by sweet tannins for the finish. Savor Big Red with your meal, as well as your after dinner delight. This delicacy is the perfect match for a first class filet and compliments the indulgence of choice tobacco in the cigar world!
